冠心病患者微循环阻力指数测定的临床意义 被引量:11

摘要 冠状动脉主支动脉的狭窄,甚至闭塞是患者出现心肌缺血或坏死的主要原因,针对上述血管病变的检查、评估和干预手段已经日趋成熟。但是,作为冠状动脉循环中的另一个重要组成部分——冠状动脉微循环的病变则是最终导致患者心肌细胞缺血坏死的罪魁祸首。近年来,对于冠状动脉微循环功能的评估逐渐成为研究热点,其评价手段亦日渐丰富,其中,微循环阻力指数(index of microcirculatoryresistance,IMR)是应用较多、较为广泛的一种方法,该技术具有不受心外膜病变、血流动力学状态的影响,重复性强等优势。本文将着重对IMR的测定原理、临床意义及其目前的临床应用进行综述。
