College students＇ affairs are the key support of talents cultivation;they are also an essential component and an extension of col- lege students＇ ideological and political education, which carries the basic task of moral education as a main position. The objective of moral edu- cation is the core, the starting point and the destination of college students＇ affairs. It is necessary to grasp the value orientation, foundation, sub- ject,dimensions and so forth when setting the objective of moral education in college students＇ affairs to get rid of the misconception in it,so as to establish a scientific and effective goal of moral education in college students＇ affairs, to fulfill the functions of orienting, rectifying, cohering and motivating in the goal throughout,and to improve the efficiency of moral education in college students＇ affairs and the quality of talents cul- tivation.
