摘要
调查发现,高校教师教学发展存在教学理论支撑缺乏、教学制度设计缺失、教学培训流于形式、自主发展意识薄弱等问题。应对策略:更新和转变教学理念,引领教师教学发展的正确方向;加强顶层制度设计,建立健全教师教学发展的保障体系;构建教学发展共同体,促进教师之间的交流与合作;遵循教师教学发展规律,针对不同教师群体实行差异化培训;坚持以人为本,激发教师教学发展的热情与自觉。
The investigation shows that there are some problems in the teaching development of university teachers, such as lack of teaching theory support,lack of teaching system design,mere formality of teaching training and weak consciousness of self-development. Based on this, this article puts forward the coping strategies to promote the development of university teachers' teaching: update and change the teaching idea, leading the correct direction of the development of the teacher's teaching;strengthen the top-level system design, establish and perfect the guar- antee system to promote the development of teacher's teaching; construct teaching development community to promote communication and coop- erafion among teachers; follow the law of teachers' teaching development, carry out differentiated training according to different groups of teach- ers; adhere to the people-centered and arouse the enthusiasm and consciousness of teacher's teaching development.
