摘要
本文以贵阳学院为例,通过连续两年对毕业生所在单位进行跟踪调查与统计分析,得出贵阳学院的毕业生整体表现以及用人单位的需求,为我院就业指导工作和人才培养提供研究依据。
Taking Guiyang college as an example, by place unit for two consecutive years to graduate tracking investigation and statistical analysis, concluded that Guiyang college graduates overall performance and the employer' s requirements, to provide research basis for employment guidance work in my college and talent cultivation.
