摘要
针对飞机实验室气候环境试验具有任务周期长、试验流程复杂、数据量大的特点,设计一个实验室气候环境试验数据管理系统。通过分析飞机气候环境试验的数据资源组成和管理需求,明确了数据管理系统的设计目标和功能模块,基于工业以太网搭建了冗余的系统硬件网络拓扑结构,采用B/S与C/S相结合的方式设计了系统软件架构,并给出了该系统统一管理试验项目、试验流程、试验资源、试验数据和数据库的解决方案。该系统实现了实验室气候环境试验过程的信息化管理,解决了气候环境试验的数据分析与管理问题,使试验人员能够准确高效地完成试验工作,提升了气候环境试验能力及试验效率。
A test data management system is presented for aircraft climatic environment test in laboratory to ac- commodate the features of long cycle task, complicated test procedure and massive test data. By analyzing the data resource composition and data management requirements, the design goal and function modules of the sys- tem are clarified. The hardware network topology is built based on the redundant industrial Ethernet, while the software architecture is designed by combining the B/S and C/S, finally the solution for fully management of the test project, test procedure, test resources, test data and database is expounded. The test data management system achieves the goal of information management for laboratory climatic environment test process and solves the problems in analysis and the management of test data, and it can help test staff to finish the test accurately and efficiently, and improves the ability and the efficiency of climatic environment test.
