农村土地承包经营权地块面积自动分割的研究

Research on Automatic Dividing Area of Cadastral Parcel for the Right to Rural Land Contractual Management

在农村土地承包经营权确权过程中,利用图解法在分辨率高的数字正射影像图基础上进行调绘可以节省大量的劳动力和工作经费。在调绘时,一个地块往往会分给多个承包方,根据村组提供的合同面积以及影像来图解出实际面积。针对此情况,本文提出一种地块面积自动分割的方法,并基于Arc GIS Engine和C#语言实现了该算法,结合实例表明,该方法快速而有效,大大提高了绘制过程的工作效率,节省了时间,具有较好的实用价值。

In the process of affirming for the right to rural land contractual management, the graphical methods based on high resolu- tion digital orthophoto map can save a lot of labor and funds for work. At the time of mapping, according to the account area offered by village groups and the images to get the graphic area, in most cases, the parcel will be distributed to more than one contractor. In view of this situation, proposed a method to divide the area of cadastral parcel automatically, and this method is achieved based on ArcGIS Engine and C# language. Combined with some examples, this method is fast and effective, that can significantly improve the work effi- ciency, and save much time, has better practical value.
