摘要
通过对《建筑工程建筑面积计算规范》《房产测量规范》进行对比分析,并以规划核实中遇到的项目为例,对"可改造空间"按不同规则计算面积存在的差异进行分析,从而提出了解决面积计算差异及控制"可改造空间"的方法,供城乡规划管理部门和工程技术人员参考。
Take the project of planning verification as an example, through the comparison analysis of "Standard measurement for con- struction area of building" and "Specifications for estate surveying", the difference between the calculated area of the modified space according to different rules is analyzed by this paper ,and the method to solve the difference of area calculation and the control of the "adjustable space" is put forward, which can be used as a reference for urban and rural planning management department and engi- neering technicians.
