家蚕NPV在传代细胞中的复制 被引量:3

REPLICATION OF BOMBYX MORI NUCLEAR POLYHEDROSIS VIRUS IN A CONTINUOUS CELL LINE

摘要 本文报道了BmNPV在家蚕传代细胞中的复制,建立了BmNPV——Bm细胞系统。光镜与电镜研究表明受感染细胞里典型细胞病理变化,细胞病变率在95%以上。Bm-NPV在Bm细胞系中增殖的超微结构观察及病毒感染不同时期的形态结构特征作了较详细描述,特别是对病毒感染48小时后所观察到的一种环状结构进行了讨论。 This paper deals with replication of Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus in a continuous cell culture of Bombyx mori. BmNPV—Bm cell system was established Light microscopy and electron microscopy studies demonstrated that infected cells appeared to typical cytopathologcal change. Cells over 95% were infected Ulerastructural observation and morphogenetic characteristic of BmNPV replication in BmN cell line were described, specially the Loop-shaped structure in cell nuelei at 48hr post infection was observed and disussed.
