摘要
"幼儿中心"与"教师中心"历来存在争议,在尊重幼儿中心的大环境下幼儿园教师容易片面地理解二者关系。矛盾分析法是认识事物和解决问题的基本方法,基于此出发点,幼儿教师应该坚持双中心不平衡的合理性、正视双中心失衡、灵活应对双中心失衡和抓住关键促进双中心平衡等认识,并通过在集体教学活动中师带幼动、在日常生活和区域活动中师幼互动、在自主性学习和情景性探索活动中师推幼动等策略维系双中心的动态平衡,以取得幼儿与教师教学相长共同发展的双赢局面。
"Child care center"and"teacher center"have always been controversial. it is easy to misunderstand the relationship between the two sides in the context of respecting the child 's center. Contradiction analysis is the basic method of understanding and solving problems. Based on this point;preschool teachers should adhere to the rationality of the imbalance between the two centers,face the imbalance between the two centers,flexibly cope with the imbalance between the two centers,and promote the balance between the two centers. And through the teacher takes the children in group teaching activities,the children and the teacher interact in daily life and regional activities,the teacher pushes the children in the self-directed learning and situational exploration activities,these measures aim to maintain the dual center of dynamic balance,in order to obtain children and teacher teaching and learning together to develop a win-win situation.
