推进辽宁高等艺术教育国际化思路与对策的再研究

A Study of Internationalization Policy in Liaoning Art Higher Education

在"一带一路"战略和高等教育转型背景下,辽宁省高等艺术教育国际化发展获得前所未有的机遇和挑战。本文试图在SWOT理论框架和PEST理论框架下分析辽宁高等艺术教育发展自身的优势与劣势,分析高等艺术教育国际化发展面临的外部环境。同时,为政府部门在国际视野中构建辽宁高等艺术教育蓬勃发展机制的决策参考提出思路,为辽宁高等艺术教育实施国际化政策以及国际化艺术类人才培养方案和目标提供相关理论与参考。

In the background of ＂one belt one road＂ and high education transformation, there appear unprecedented opportunities for the development of high art education and its internationalization in Liaoning. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of high art education in Liaoning Province under the scope of SWOT and PEST theories and their outer environment faced up by their internationalization of high art education and offers advices to the government in making the development mechanism of high art education in Liaoning together with relative theoretical research to make personnel training plan in education internationalization and international art personnel training.
