问题导向下高校基层党组织工作机制创新研究

On Mechanism Innovation of Basic Guidance-oriented Party Organizations in the Universities

自党的十八届三中全会以来,"问题导向"逐渐成为基层党组织工作的重要指导思想,也成为高校基层党组织工作机制创新的出发点与最终归宿。在问题导向下,高校基层党组织工作应该将关怀、对话和服务作为逻辑起点,不断健全以问题查摆为导向的发现机制、以问题解决为导向的整改机制、以问题反思为导向的长效机制,以提升工作实效性。

Since the Third Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, ＂problem-oriented＂ has become a guiding ideology for grassroots party organizations, and the starting point and the target of mechanism innovation of basic party organizations in the universities. The work of the basic party organizations in the universities should be a starting point to constantly discover the mechanism based on problem and to check the rectification mechanism based on long-term mechanism based on the problem to enhance the effectiveness of the work.
