新疆核桃干燥现状与技术优化

Current Situation and Optimization of Walnut Drying Technology in Xinjiang

干燥在核桃的采后加工、贮藏、运输过程中有着重要的作用。本文具体阐述了当前新疆核桃干燥技术的现状及存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的技术分析与优化,提出了针对我区主要的核桃品种,结合当地环境,以热风干燥为主,研究多种干燥技术相结合的组合干燥技术是未来的主要研究方向之一。

Drying technologies plays an important role in the process of walnut post-harvest processing, storage and trans- portation. This paper introduces the current situation and problems of walnut drying technology in Xinjiang province. Then putting forward to the technical analysis and optimization to solve those problems. At last, the article indicated that hot air drying technology combined with a variety of new drying technologies is one of the main research direction of the walnut drying process in Xinjiang.
