摘要
电脑横机控制系统中,为了解决在多任务情况下电动机控制实时性差的问题,提出采用FPGA作为控制系统的控制器,使用模糊PID控制器对电动机进行控制的方法,利用FPGA并行处理的特点来解决多任务影响电动机控制实时性的问题,同时使用模糊PID控制进一步提高电动机控制的实时性和鲁棒性。将该控制方法用于永磁无刷直流电动机控制系统中的速度控制,并进行simulink仿真以及实物测试,仿真实验和实物测试结果表明,该控制器在多任务下能够满足所需控制精度要求。
In order to solve the problem of poor real-time of motor control in computerized flat knitting machine control system, a scheme was proposed that FPGA was used as CPU of the control system, and Fuzzy PID was used to control motor,which used the parallel processing of FPGA to solve the problem of multi-task real-time motor control, and used the Fuzzy PID to improve the robust and the real- time of motor control. This control method was applied to the speed control of permanent magnet BLDCM control system which was simulated and physical tested then. The results of simulation and physical testing showed that the controller could satisfy the requirement of control precision in multi-tasking.
