单体对乳液型丙烯酸酯压敏胶性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)为软单体、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为功能单体,并添加适量的乳化剂、润湿剂、消泡剂和链转移剂等助剂,制备了乳液型丙烯酸酯PSA(压敏胶)。研究结果表明:BA对PSA的内聚力、颜色和软硬度影响较大,HEA对PSA的机械稳定性影响较大,而AA对PSA的黏度影响较大;当w(BA)=96.92%~97.32%、w(HEA)=1.88%和w(AA)=0.80%~1.20%(均相对于单体总质量而言)时,PSA的黏度、机械稳定性和粘接性能俱佳;夏天2%左右的MMA可解决PSA偏软的问题,冬天10%~30%的2-EHA可提高PSA的初粘力。 With ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator, butyl acrylate (BA) and 2- ethylhexyl acrylate (2- EHA) as soft monomers, methyl methacrylate(MMA) as hard monomer, acrylic aeid(AA) and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) as functional monomers, an emulsion type acrylate PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) was prepared by adding moderate additives (such as emulsifier, wetting agent, defoamer, and chain transfer agent). The research results showed that the influences of BA on some properties (such as cohesion, color, and hardness) of PSA were biggish, the influence of HEA on the mechanical stability of PSA was biggish, and the influence of AA on the viscosity of PSA was biggish. The PSA has the good viscosity, mechanical stability, and bonding properties when mass fractions of BA, HEA, and AA were 96.92%-97.32%, 1.88%, and 0.80%-1.20% respectively in total monomers. Around 2% MMA in summer can solve the softer problem of PSA, and 10%-30% 2-EHA in winter can improve the initial tack of PSA.
