摘要 随着空气分离项目应用汽轮机带动空气压缩机、增压机的增多,蒸汽管道的设计(设计内容为控制蒸汽管道与汽轮机连接管口的推力、力矩、热位移、角位移)成为设计的主要内容。结合某空气分离项目,对蒸汽管道的设计进行探讨。在蒸汽管道设计计算中,为降低管口推力、力矩、热位移、角位移,管系中会设置一些限位架,但数量不宜过多。宜遵循使管道能自由膨胀,以降低热应力为原则,进行限位架的设置。 As the application of steam turbines in the air separation project leads to an increase in air compressors and turbochargers,the design of the steam pipeline becomes the main part of the design. The design content is to control the thrust,torque, thermal displacement and angular displacement at the end of the connecting pipe between the steam pipeline and the steam turbine. Combined with an air separation project, the design of the steam pipeline is discussed. In the design calculation of the steam pipeline,in order to reduce the thrust, torque, thermal displacement and angular displacement at the end, some stops will be set in the pipe system, but the number should not be excessive. The principle that the pipeline can be freely expanded to reduce thermal stress should be followed to set stops.
