介绍国家安全生产管理部门关于危险化学品企业在危险化学品充装环节中推广使用万向充装管道系统的有关文件。压缩天然气(CNG)万向充装管道系统(即CNG装卸臂)由钢管、旋转接头和立柱架等组合而成,能够灵活地实现三维空间移动,具有承压能力高、防爆裂、安全可靠、操作轻便等优点。对CNG装卸软管与CNG装卸臂的安全性、经济性、装车时间进行对比分析。CNG装卸臂在安全性和经济性两方面都优于CNG装卸软管,装车时间比CNG装卸软管短。
