摘要
木结构榫卯节点连接属于半刚性连接,如何通过榫头与卯口尺寸确定节点的M-θ关系,是木结构设计的难点。为了解决这一困难,本文从直榫节点转动过程中的几何关系出发,借助木材嵌压理论,推导出了直榫节点M-θ理论公式,建立起榫头几何尺寸与M-θ的关系式。又通过实验研究,验证了所推导出理论模型的正确性。
The structure of the wooden structure is a semi-rigid connection. How to determine the M-θ relation of the node by the diameter of the tenon and the mouth is the difficulty of the wood structure design. In order to solve this problem, this paper deduces the M-O theoretical formula of the straight tenon joint from the geometrical relation of the rotation of the straight tenon joint, and establishes the relationship between the geometry of the tenon and the M-θ. The experimental results show that the theoretical model is correct.
