摘要 针对传统"煤炭+电"烤烟方式存在的环境污染、烤烟成本高、烤烟质量无法保证、对供电可靠性要求苛刻等问题,笔者根据对某集中烤烟点的实地调查,提出了热泵节能型烤烟技术。该技术采用热泵、冷凝排湿烤房及自控设备,以无烟热空气为介质实现了烟叶的干制,解决了煤气直接进入烤房与烟叶接触,导致烟叶成品中含硫,直接影响烤烟成品等级的问题。并且有效回收了排湿过程中排出的热量,热回收效率在70%左右,节能效果显著。同时烘烤性能稳定,能有效准确地实现烘烤工艺要求的各项指标,确保烟叶内在和外观品质。烤干1kg,烟叶仅耗电2k W·h,与传统烤烟方式相比,无污染排放,具有绿色环保的优点。 According to the environmental pollution of traditional "coal plus electricity" flue-cured tobacco, the cost of flue-cured tobacco is high, the quality of flue-cured tobacco can not be guaranteed and the reliability of power supply. At the same time, baking performance is stable, can effectively and accurately meet the requirements of baking process requirements, to ensure that the tobacco inside and appearance quality. Roasted dry 1 kg tobacco leaves only consume 2kW, compared with the traditional flue-cured tobacco way, pollution-free discharge has the advantages of green environmental protection.
