摘要
在城市建设中,住宅建筑内大多配套地下停车场供居民使用。随着小区规模的日益增大,越来越多的超长地下结构出现在我们的视野当中。对于结构设计人员来说,特别是北方寒冷地区,除考虑防水板材料自身收缩外,尚需考虑温差变形及冻胀作用的影响。依据GB 20010-2010《混凝土结构设计规范》,结合具体工程和结构计算软件YJK-F,对超长地下建筑防水板渗漏的关键技术问题进行了阐述,以供读者参考。
In the urban construction, most of the underground garage in residential buildings for residents to use. With the increasing size of the community, more and more super long underground structures appear in our field of vision. For structural designers, especially in the northern cold regions, the influence of temperature deformation and frost heave should be taken into account, in addition to considering the shrinkage of the waterproof sheet material itself. According to " code for design of concrete structures GB20010-2010, YJK-F software combined with the specific engineering and structure, elaborates the key technology problems of super long underground waterproof plate leakage, in order to provide reference for readers.
