With the extensive application of information technology,the electronic information of real estate science and technology archives become an inevitable trend for the development of archives management.How to ensure the service ability of the e-version of science and technology archives information is an important subject for relevant people.This article expounds the importance of research service ability and analyzes the influencing factors of information service ability by taking the status quo of archival information management of real estate registration center in a county of Sichuan province as the research object,the countermeasures are proposed to strengthen the service ability.
