某海洋职业学院“互联网+”顶岗实习管理研究

Study on the internship management in a marine vocational college based on the “Internet +”

顶岗实习是高职院校培养学生职业素养的关键环节,是提升学生技能和实践的有效途径。但是由于实习单位分散、传统联络方式管理效率低,无法充分了解学生的实习动态。文章通过分析某海洋职业学院2014级电子商务专业学生顶岗实习过程现状和存在的问题,结合某海洋职业学院的现状,提出了基于"互联网+"的实习管理模式。

The internship is an important way to cultivate students＇ professional accomplishment in vocational colleges,and it can effectively improve students＇ skills and practice.However,the internship of the students cannot be fully understood as the internship departments are sparse and the traditional ways of contacting are inefficient.Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the internship process of the students of a marine vocational college who are enrolled in 2014,this article puts forward the ＂Internet ＋＂ internship management mode based on the status quo of a marine vocational college.
