摘要 缺血性脑卒中是临床上一种常见疾病,其可导致脑组织缺血缺氧性病变坏死,进而产生神经功能缺失的表现。尽快恢复缺血区的血液供应,对缺血后的神经功能恢复至关重要。尽管经过了几十年的研究,脑卒中仍然无特别好的治疗策略。白细胞介素4是一种作用广泛的细胞因子,其通过调控小胶质细胞/巨噬细胞、介导巨噬细胞形成血管生成拟态管道以及抑制自噬促进脑卒中后的血管生成,以恢复梗死区域的血流灌注,减少脑梗死的面积,重塑神经结构,不同程度恢复神经功能。 Ischemic stroke is a common disease, which leads to ischemia and hypoxia of the brain tissue, thus producing neurological deficits. To restore the blood supply as soon as possible to the ischemic area is essential to the recovery of neu- rological function after ischemia. Despite having been studied for decades, there is still no particularly good treatment strategy. Intetrleukin-4 is a pleiotropic cytokine, which can promote the angiogenesis after stroke by regulating microglial cells/macrophages, mediating macrophages to form vascular mimicry channels and inhibiting autophagy, so as to restore the blood flow of the infarcted area, reduce the area of cerebral infarction, reconstruct the neural structure, and restore the nerve functions to different degrees.
