心脏康复运动疗法在急性心肌梗死患者行急诊PCI术后应用的研究进展

Research Progress of the Application of Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Therapy in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after Emergency Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

随着经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术的完善和经验的积累,急性心肌梗死患者的临床疗效和预后均得到了显著提升,且心脏康复学在改善PCI术患者预后中的作用也越来越受重视。作为近年来的热点之一,心脏康复运动疗法在急性心肌梗死行急诊PCI术后患者治疗中的重要价值已被人们广泛接受,但因研究对象差异、操作方法不同、评价内容有别等因素,尚未对临床实际工作提出规范的指导意见。目前,心脏康复运动疗法主要针对非复杂病变的急性心肌梗死PCI患者,但对术后各种并发症的心脏康复运动方案量化步骤相对较少,多为经验的介绍与总结,缺乏对照性的研究。未来,研究人员应研究制订有较高使用价值的临床操作规范。

With the improvement of the technique and experience accumulation of percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）, the clinical curative effect and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction were significantly increased, and the role of cardiac rehabilitation medicine in improving the prognosis of patients with PCI technique, has also received more and more attention. As one of the hotspots in recent years, the great value of cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy as postoperative treatment for patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing emergency PCI has been widely recognized, but because of difference in research objects and methods, evaluation content, no normative guidance for practical clinical work has been put forward. At present, the cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy mainly aimed at the PCI patients with acute myocardial infarction without complex lesions, however, there are relatively few quantitative steps for cardiac rehabili- tation program after operation, most of which are the introduction and conclusion of experience, lacking controlled study. In the future ,researchers should study and develop standardized guidelines of higher applicative value for the clinical practice.
