针灸护理对周围性面瘫的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture on Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的观察针灸护理对周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法将2012年6月~2016年10月作为研究时段,选择此时间段内的周围性面瘫的患者74例,随机分为常规组和中医组各37例,常规组给予常规的临床护理,中医组采用针灸护理,对比和分析两组患者护理前后Portmann评分以及康复时间。结果两组患者护理前Portmann评分对比,无明显差异P>0.05,无统计学意义。护理后Portmann评分对比,中医组明显优于常规组,差异显著P<0.05,具有统计学意义。中医组康复时间明显短于常规组,P<0.05,组间差异具有统计学意义。中医组治疗总有效率明显高于常规组,存在较大差异P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论对于周围性面瘫的患者采取针灸护理可有效的缩短疾病康复的时间,改善患者形象受损的情况,具有临床推广价值。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： In total, 74 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2012 to October 2016 as the objects of study. They were randomly divided into routine medicine group （n=37） and traditional Chinese medicine group （n=37）. Patients in routine medicine group were given conventional treatment, while patients in traditional Chinese medicine group were given acupuncture treatment. The Portmann score and rehabilitation time were compared in two groups before and after treatment. Results： （1） Before treaunent, there was no significant difference in Portmann score between two groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the Pomnann score in traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that in routine medicine group （P〈0.05）. （2） The time of rehabilitation in traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly shorter than that in routine medicine group （P〈0.05）. （3） The total effective rate in traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that in routine medicine group （P〈O.O5）.Condusions： Using acupuncture to treat patients with peripheral facial paralysis can effectively shorten the time of rehabilitation and improve symptoms, is worthy of clinical promotion.
