上海地区老年人肺通气功能指标与年龄关系的研究

目的探讨上海地区老年人肺通气功能指标与年龄的关系,为康复锻炼指导提供理论依据。方法收集2012-01—2014-12符合条件的上海市老年疗休养者的肺通气功能检查的数据进行回顾性分析。共收集资料806例,年龄60~88岁,其中男性404例,女性402例,分析8项肺功能参数:FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、FEF25%、FEF50%、FEF75%及FEF25%~75%与年龄的相关性。按年龄分组,60~<70岁,70~<80岁,80岁及以上,共3组,组间比较采用独立样本t检验和χ~2检验。结果所有肺通气功能指标均与年龄成负相关(P<0.05),各组间肺通气功能指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年人肺通气功能指标随年龄增加明显下降,高龄老人有必要及早进行肺功能康复锻炼。

Objective To study the correlation between pulmonary ventilate function parameters and the age of the elderly in Shanghai to provide theoretical basis for their rehabilitation exercises.Methods Retrospective analysis of the elderly who have the pulmonary ventilate function in Huadong sanatorium from Jun.2012 to Dec.2014 were conducted.A total of 806 subjects aged between 60 to 88 years old（404 males and 402 females） who met the criteria were enrolled in this study.Eight pulmonary function parameters were collected, including FVC, FEV1 ,FEV1/FVC, PEF, FEF25%, FEF50%, FEF75% and FEF25%~75% to analyze their correlation with age.In accordance with age, the subjects were divided into three groups, including 60- 〈70,70- 〈80 and 80 years old and above.The Independent Samples Tests and chi square test were conducted between groups. Results All pulmonary ventilate function pa- rameters were negatively correlated with the age（P〈0.05）.The differences were significant between the groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The pulmonary ventilate function of the elderly weakened considerably with the increase of age.It is important for the elderly to have lung function rehabilitation exercises.
