兴城温泉水疗辅助治疗对轻中度高血压疗养员和健康疗养员血压的影响

The effect of xingcheng hotspring spa treatment on the blood pressure of mild and moderate hypertensive and healthy recuperators

目的观察和评价分析兴城温泉水疗辅助治疗对轻中度高血压疗养员和健康疗养员血压的影响。方法选取2016-10—2017-02在某院疗养的轻中度高血压疗养员60例为高血压组,按照治疗方法分为高血压A组和高血压B组,各30例,两组均给予常规降压治疗,高血压A组在此基础上给予兴城温泉水疗辅助治疗。选取同期的30例健康正常者为对照组,给予兴城温泉水疗辅助治疗。比较各组治疗前后血压的变化。结果治疗8周后,高血压A组降压效果明显优于高血压B组(P<0.05)。对照组血压水平无明显变化。结论采用兴城温泉水疗对轻中度高血压疗养员辅助治疗疗效较好,不良反应少,常规温泉水疗对正常血压无明显影响。

Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of the spa treatment on the blood pressure of moderate hypertensive and healthy recuperators.Methods From October 2016 to February 2017,60 cases of mild-to-moderate hypertension recuperators were divided into hypertension group A and group B according to the treatment, each group was 30 cases.The two groups were given conventional treatment.Besides the conventional therapy, hypertension group A was given Xingcheng spa adjuvant therapy.An the same period, 30 healthy subjects were chosen as the control group and given the Xingcheng hot spring spa treatment.The changes in blood pressure before and after the treatment between groups were compared.Results After eight weeks, the blood pressure of hypertension group A was signifi- cantly better than that of hypertension group B（P 〈 0.05）.The blood pressure levels of the control group showed no significant changes.Conclusion Xingcheng spa auxiliary treatment enjoyed good curative effect on patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension with less adverse reaction.Conventional hot springs spa had no obvious effect on the normal blood pressure.
