小儿肺炎应用盐酸氨溴索加盐酸丙卡特罗治疗的效果研究

Curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with procaterol hydrochloride in treatment for children with pneumonia

目的探讨小儿肺炎应用盐酸氨溴索加盐酸丙卡特罗的治疗效果。方法选取某院2014-12—2016-12诊治的小儿肺炎患者118例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患儿59例实施常规治疗,观察组患儿59例联用盐酸氨溴索^+盐酸丙卡特罗治疗,于治疗前后行炎症因子、免疫指标检测,比较两组患儿的恢复情况、治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患儿CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+增加(P<0.05)。两组患儿C反应蛋白、白介素-6、P选择素、CD_8^+降低(P<0.05)。观察组患儿CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿C反应蛋白、白介素-6、P选择素、CD_8^+低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿体温复常时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部湿音消失时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗效果好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索加盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎的效果显著,可明显改善机体免疫功能,减轻炎症反应,缩短治疗时间。

Objective To investigate effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with procaterol hydrochloride in treatment for children with pneumonia.Methods 118 children with pneumonia were selected in a hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 and divided into two groups by random number table.59 children received routine treatment as the control group.59 children were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride and procaterol hydrochloride as the observation group.Inflammatory factors and immune indexes were detected before and after the treatment to observe their recovery and treatment. Results After treatment, CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋ increased in both groups （P〈 0.05）.C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, P selectin, CD8^＋ decreased in both groups（P〈0.05）.CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P〈 0.05）.C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, P selectin, CD8＋ in the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P〈 0.05）.Body temperature recovery time, cough disappearance time and lung wet rales disappearance time in the observation group were less than control group （P〈 0.05）.Hospitalization time in the observation group was less than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）.Treatment effect in the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with procaterol hydrochloride have significant effect in treatment for children with pneumonia, significantly improving immune function, reducing inflammation and shortening treatment time.
