摘要
本文对某医院2011—2015年医疗纠纷情况进行了统计分析,结果显示医疗纠纷数量呈上升趋势;骨科发生率最高,占纠纷总数的39.3%;非技术原因引起的纠纷占60.7%;通过法律程序、医疗事故鉴定途径解决的占8.9%。从管理学角度分析医患关系紧张的原因,提出改善医患矛盾的建议。
The article analyzes the medical disputes of a hospital from 2011 to 2015.The results shows that the number of medical disputes keep rising with the year going;The percentage of medical disputes in Orthopedics department is the highest, accounting for 39.3%.Medical disputes caused by non-technical factors is 60.7%.The percentage of medical disputes solved in formal ways is 8.9%.Additionally,the article analyzed the incentives of medical dis- putes from the perspective of management and proposed countermeasures.
