授权管理模式对提高急诊护理人员职业认同感及缓解职业倦怠的影响分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察授权管理模式对提高急诊护理人员职业认同感及缓解职业倦怠的影响。方法某院在2016-07—12实施授权管理模式对急诊科护理人员进行管理。根据急救需要和急诊科实际情况,将26名急诊科人员分为6个护理授权小组,根据工作性质需要对其进行授权,并制订护理授权小组相应岗位职责和激励措施。结果授权管理后护理质量明显高于授权前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);授权管理后护理风险发生率明显低于授权前,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);授权管理后护理人员职业目标、职业态度、职业自我概念、职业认同及职业价值观评分均高于授权前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);授权管理后急诊护理人员职业倦怠评分高于授权前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论授权管理模式能够提高护理质量、降低护理风险、增强急诊护理人员职业认同感并能够缓解其职业倦怠。 Objective To observe the effect of authorization management on improving the professional identification of emergency care workers and alleviating their job burnout. Methods Authorization management was administered by a hospital from July to December, 2016.According to the actual needs and circumstances of the emergency department of the hospital, 26 emergency personnel were divided into 6 authorized nursing groups.According to the nature of work need to be authorized, the emergency department made corresponding responsibilities and incentives of the 6 groups.Results The quality of care was significantly higher than that before authorization and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The incidence of nursing risk was significantly lower than that before authoriza- tion and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).After authorization management, scores of career goal, professional attitude, professional self-concept, professional identity and professional values were higher than those before the authorization and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).After authorization management emergency care personnel,job bumount score was higher than that before the authouization and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05).Conclusion Authorization management model can improve the nursing quality,reduce nursing risk, enhance professional identity of nurses and can ease their job burnout.
