摘要
针对油田乳化液的水质特性,用电絮凝方法对配制的含油污水进行动态试验研究。基于自主设计的新型电絮凝装置,首先开展了电流密度和处理流量对新型电絮凝装置处理性能的影响试验,发现随着电流密度的增大和处理流量的减小,除油率和除浊率升高。其次,在新型电絮凝装置中增加了斜管装置,发现除油率提高了2%~3%。最后,分析了耗铝量和耗电量,发现电流密度为95.24 A/m2,处理流量为20 L/h时,装置处理效果最佳。
According to the water characteristics of oilfield emulsion, the research on dynamic tests of the prepared oil-bearing wastewater has been carried out by electric-flocculation method. Based on a self-designed new type of electro-flocculation(EF) device, the tests of the influences of current density and treatment flow rate on the treatment performances of the new electro-flocculation device have been conducted firstly. It is found that with the in- crease of current density and the decrease of treatment flow rate, the oil removing rate and turbidity removing rate are increased. Secondarily, after the inclined tubes have been added to the new type of electro-flocculation de- vice, the oil removing rate is increased by 2%-3%. At the end, the aluminum consumption and electric power consumption are analyzed. It is found that when the current density is 95.24 A/m^2, and treatment flow rate is 20 L/h, the treatment effect of the device is the best.
