摘要
陕西延长中煤榆能化公司煤制烯烃项目污水站受上游装置波动水质冲击,6个SBR池均发生污泥膨胀,SV30高于80%,SVI高达410~640 m L/g,泥水分离差,活性污泥流失。通过原因分析,采取措施:重点是引入惰性物质压缩膨胀污泥和排出多余生化污泥,其次严格控制好氧反应溶解氧为2~4 mg/L、硝化反应p H为7.5~8.5。经过工艺调整,污泥膨胀问题解决,SV30降至38%,镜检污泥活性良好,出水水质达标。
Since the wastewater station of coal to olefin project in Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yulin Energy Chemical Industry Co. had been attacked by the fluctuant water quality of the upstream apparatus, sludge expansion happened in all of the six SBR pools. Its SV30 was higher than 80%, SVI as high as 410-640 mL/g, the mud- water separation was poor, and activated sludge drained away. Through cause analysis, measures has been taken : The emphases are on introducing inert materials into the SBR pools, to compress the expanded sludge and remove the excess sludge, and then, strictly controlling the dissolved oxygen of aerobic reaction at 2-4 mg/L, and pH of nitration reaction at 7.5-8.5. After process adjustment, sludge expansion problem is solved, and SV30 is reduced to 38%. The sludge activity examined by electron microscopy is good, and the effluent water quality reaches the standard.
