摘要
血脑屏障上存在的药物转运体P-糖蛋白和乳腺癌耐药蛋白可以将包括药物在内的小分子等排出大脑,发挥保护作用,但是也给脑部疾病的治疗带来困扰,药物很难在脑内达到有效的浓度,从而无法发挥应有的药效,是导致治疗失败的主要原因。本文主要对血脑屏障上的P-糖蛋白和乳腺癌耐药蛋白的功能特点、研究方法和蛋白定量分析进行了综述。
P-glycoprotein ( P-gp ) and breast cancer resistance protein ( BCRP ), drug transporters at the blood- brain barrier ( BBB ), can protect the brain from exogenous small molecules, such as drugs. However, it is also a major challenge for the treatment of central nervous system diseases since drugs cannot cross the BBB essentially to reach an effective concentration. In this paper, the functional characteristics, research methods and quantitative analysis of P-glycoprotein and breast cancer resistance protein at the blood brain barrier were reviewed.
