液质联用检索数据库技术快速检测祛痘类化妆品中的17种添加药物 被引量:11

摘要 目的:应用液质联用数据库技术建立快速检测祛痘类化妆品中添加的17种药物的方法。方法:应用多重反应监测(MRM)液质联用技术建立一次实验能同时检测盐酸米诺环素、盐酸土霉素、盐酸四环素、盐酸金霉素、盐酸多西环素、氯霉素、甲硝唑、林可霉素、克林霉素磷酸酯、泼尼松龙、强的松、氢化可的松、可的松、甲泼尼龙、曲安西龙、曲安奈德、地塞米松17种药物的高通量、高灵敏度的筛查系统。通过建立能够进行谱图检索的液质联用质谱数据库,对药物进行定性。采用信息关联采集模式将初筛结果和定性检测连接起来,实现整体化解决方案,即在一次检测中能同时完成17种药物的筛查和定性分析。结果:所建立的方法专属性强,灵敏度高,能够在9 min内同时完成对17种添加药物的筛查和定性分析。应用该方法对49批样品进行了检测,其中5批样品同时检测到甲硝唑和林可霉素,6批样品检测到林可霉素,2批样品检测到地塞米松。结论:研究结果表明,应用液质联用数据库技术可以实现对祛痘类化妆品中非法添加药物的快速筛查和准确定性。 Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 17 adulteration of drugs in anti- ache cosmetics by LC-MS/MS with instant library searching. Methods: A sensitive LC-MS/MS screening method was developed using the MRM scan mode to detect 17 drugs, including metronidazole, clindamycin phosphate, lincomycin, doxycycline, chlortetracycline, minocycline, chloromycefin, oxytetracycline, tetracycline, cortisone, dexamethasone, hydrocortisone, methylprednisolone, acetonide . An LC-MS/MS library containing the identification of these drugs by instant library searching. prednisolone, prednisone, triamcinolone and triamcinolone full scan spectra of above drugs was also generated for These two databases were connected by information dependent samples were tested by this method. Metronidazole and lincomycin were simuhaneously detected in five samples, lincomycin was detected in 6 samples, and dexamethasone was detected in 2 samples. Conclusion: The method has been successfully used in screening and confirmation of 17 illegal adulteration of drugs in anti-acne cosmetics.
