摘要
以2013年国庆黄金周期间发生在四川九寨沟景区的游客滞留事件、2014年国庆黄金周期间发生在陕西西安大雁塔的照相门事件、2015年6月发生在北京故宫的裸照事件以及2015年10月发生于河北秦皇岛山海关的5A景区资质被取消事件为案例,通过信息空间扩散率、信息扩散的地理集中指数等分析危机信息空间扩散效应。研究发现:景区危机信息的空间扩散不具有显著的距离衰减效应,而是呈现出事件发生地和北京、上海、广州、浙江、江苏等经济发达地区为主要扩散地的特点,且这些地区的信息扩散大约占到整个扩散的50%。利用逐步回归方法研究景区危机信息扩散效应的影响因素,通过对4起案例影响因素的分析,发现扩散地的居民人均可支配收入是最主要的影响因素。
Based on information spatial diffusion rate and geographic concentration index of information diffusion, the effect of spatial diffusion of crisis information was studied by taking the following events, that is, the stranding of tourists in Jiuzhai Valley in Sichuan province during the National Day Golden Week period in 2013, the Photography Door event in Dayan Pagoda during the National Day Golden Week period of 2014 in Xi'an city of Shaanxi province, the Nude event in the Imperial Palace in Beijing in June 2015, and the cancellation of 5A qualification of Shanhai Pass in October 2015 in Qinhuangdao of Hebei province as case studies. It indicates that the spatial diffusion of crisis information of scenic areas doesnr t weaken strikingly along with the distance, but centers on the places of event occurrence and those economically developed places such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and so on. Information diffusion in these areas occupies 50% of the whole diffusion of information. The main factors that influencing the effect of crisis information diffusion in scenic areas were analyzed by adopting stepwise regression method, it found that the most important factor is the disposable income of residents in the regions where crisis information is diffused.
