摘要
介绍了基于文丘里效应的加油枪自封机构结构和原理,应用Solid Works软件建立文丘里效应自封机构模型,模拟不同阀口开度下的负压形成能力及对自封机构功能的影响,提出较优的零件组合尺寸,进而提高加油枪零部件开发设计的效率。
Introduced the structure and principle of the self-sealing mechanism of the refueling gun based on the Venturi effect, SolidWorks software was applied to establish the self-sealing mechanism model with Venturi effect to simulate the forming ability of negative pressure under different opening of valve port and determine its influence on the function of self-sealing mechanism. The optimal size of part combination may be obtained to improve the efficiency of the development and design of refueling gun parts.
