高效液相色谱法测定甲硫氨酸维B_1氯化钠注射液中甲硫氨酸含量

Content Determination of Methiouine in Methiouine-Vitamin B_1 and Sodium Chloride Injection by HPLC

目的建立测定甲硫氨酸维B1氯化钠注射液中甲硫氨酸含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用COSMOSIL5 C18-MS-Ⅱ色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以水为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为30℃,检测波长为228 nm。结果甲硫氨酸质量浓度在70.94~638.46μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.03%,RSD为0.86%(n=9)。结论该方法准确、简便、快速、重复性好,适用于甲硫氨酸维B1氯化钠注射液中甲硫氨酸的含量测定。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of methiouine in Methiouine in Methiouine-Vitamin B1 and Sodium Chloride Injection.
