桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病室性早搏40例临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction in Treating Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Premature Ventricular Contraction in 40 Cases

目的观察桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)室性早搏的临床疗效。方法随机选取2015年5月至2016年5月医院治疗的冠心病室性早搏患者80例,随机分为常规组和试验组,各40例。两组经基础治疗后,常规组加服步长稳心颗粒治疗,试验组加服桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗。结果治疗后,两组患者心电图室性早搏总数均明显下降,不良反应出现较少,但组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);中医证候积分方面,试验组积分为(21.13±2.36)分,明显优于常规组的(24.68±3.28)分;试验组总有效率为80.00%,明显优于常规组的60.00%(P<0.05)。结论桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗冠心病室性早搏总有效率高,不良反应少,中医证候积分低,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction in treating coronary heart disease（ CHD）complicated with premature ventricular contraction（ PVC）. Methods Totally 80 patients with CHD complicated with PVC in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly selected and divided into the routine group and the experimental group,40 cases in each group. After the basic treatment,the routine group was treated with Buchang Wenxin Granules,and the experimental group was treated with Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction. Results After treatment,the total number of PVC in electrocardiogram room of the two groups decreased significantly with less adverse reactions,but there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. In the aspect of TCM syndrome integral,the integral score of the experimental group was（ 21. 13 ± 2. 36） points,which was obviously better than（ 24. 68 ± 3. 28） points of the routine group. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 80. 00 %,which was obviously better than 60. 00% of the routine group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction in treating CHD complicated with PVC has good total effective rate and less adverse reaction,low TCM syndrome score,and remarkable curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
