窄谱中波紫外线联合退白汤治疗寻常型白癜风59例临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of NB-UVB Combined with Tuibai Decoction for Treating Vitiligo Vulgaris in 59 Cases

目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合退白汤治疗寻常型白癜风的临床疗效。方法选取医院2014年10月至2015年10月诊治的寻常型白癜风患者118例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各59例。对照组患者采用退白汤治疗,观察组患者采用NB-UVB联合退白汤治疗。结果治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素17(IL-17),IL-22,IL-23,辅助性T细胞17(Th17),Th22,银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组下降更明显(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为98.31%,明显高于对照组的84.75%(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NB-UVB联合退白汤治疗寻常型白癜风疗效显著,可降低Th17相关因子的表达,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of NB-UVB combined with Tuibai Decoction in treating vitiligo vulgaris.Methods Totally 118 patients with vitiligo vulgaris in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,59 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Tuibai Decoction,while the observation group was treated with NB-UVB combined with Tuibai Decoction. Results After treatment,the IL-17,IL-22,IL-23,Th17,Th22,PASI score in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the observation group significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate in observation group was 98. 31%,which was significantly higher than 84. 75% in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion NB-UVB combined with Tuibai Decoction in treating vitiligo vulgaris has significant effect,it can reduce the expression of Th17 related factors,which is worthy clinical promotion.
