医院门诊药房智能调剂系统应用的新问题及对策

New Problems and Countermeasures of Application of Intelligent Dispensing System in Outpatient Pharmacy of a Hospital

目的对智能调剂系统应用于医院门诊药房后遇到的问题及采取的对策进行分析和总结。方法医院西药房应用智能调剂系统后,出现了智能调剂系统故障影响调剂、患者不及时取药、调配高峰患者等待时间过长、药品效期管理和药品库存管理困难等方面的问题,通过对这些问题的分析,以探索解决方案。结果通过药房多个工作流程改造、医院信息系统(HIS)增加新功能、协助智能调剂系统生产厂家软件升级等途径,较好地解决了以上问题。结论应用智能调剂系统后,药师应对出现的新问题高度重视、积极应对,以充分发挥智能调剂系统的效能,提升药房的调剂效率。

Objective To analyze and summary the problems encountered and countermeasures after the application of intelligent dispensing system in the outpatient pharmacy. Methods After the application of intelligent dispensing system,problems encountered as follows,there had been a machine failure affecting drug distribution,the patient did not get the medicine in time,the patients waited too long during peak period,the problem of drugs validity period management and drug inventory management. The countermeasures were investigate by analyzed and summarized the problems. Results By pharmacy dispensing process transformation,adding new features,hospital information system urging software upgrades of machine factory and other ways,countermeasures were found to solve the above problems. Conclusion After the application of intelligent dispensing system,pharmacists should attach great importance to the new problems and actively respond to them so as to give full play to the effectiveness of the intelligent dispensing system and improve the dispensing efficiency of pharmacy.
