摘要 钢纤维可用于提高传统水泥基建筑材料的强度和韧性。钢纤维掺量影响水泥基材料性能,研究最佳钢纤维掺量在水泥基中的作用具有重要意义。试验采用相同水胶比进行了5组不同钢纤维掺量(0%、0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%)的混凝土3 d、7 d和28 d抗压强度及抗裂试验。试验研究结果表明,钢纤维掺量0.8%~1.2%的混凝土抗压强度增长幅度最大,钢纤维混凝土7 d和28 d的抗压强度变化规律相近;钢纤维的掺入提高了混凝土的抗裂性能,随着钢纤维掺量增加,试件单位面积的裂缝条数和开裂面积都显著减小。 Steel fiber can be used to improve the strength and bendiness of traditional cement-based building materials. The addition of steel fiber may influence the properties of the cement-based material. It is important to study the influence of the optimum amount of steel fiber in cement base. The compressive strength of concrete, 3 d, 7 d and 28 d of 5 groups of different steel fiber content (0% , 0.4% , 0. 8% , 1.2% , 1.6% ) and cracking resistance with the same water/cement proportion were tested. The results show that the compressive strenth of concrete stage of the growth rate is the highest that steel fiber concrete with steel fiber content is from 0. 8% to 1.2% , and the compressive strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete 7 d and 28 d is similar. The addition of steel fibers enhanced the cracking resistance of the concrete. With the increasing of steel fiber, the cracking number in the unit area and cracking area of the specimens decrease gradually.
