摘要
带储能装置的双向逆变器具有并网稳定、可实现能量双向流动的优点,在光伏发电系统能量传输中起着关键的作用。采用软硬件相结合的方法,分别设计了双向逆变装置系统硬件电路、软件程序,并测试了实际硬件系统,具有储能和逆变两种工作模式,用于实现储能装置能量与电网能量的互补双向流动。系统硬件电路设计主要包括双向Buck-Boost主电路和PC923驱动电路设计及参数计算选型、双向单相全桥逆变主电路和IR2110驱动电路设计及参数计算选型、STM32控制电路设计。系统软件程序设计主要包括主程序、PWM生成、SPWM生成、电压采集、按键扫描等子程序。通过搭建测试硬件系统,验证设计的双向逆变器满足任务要求。
The bidirectional inverter with energy storage device has the advantages of the stable grid connected the voltage and the bidirectional energy flow, which plays a key role in the energy transmission of the photovoltaic power generation system. A bidirectional inverter device with two modes of energy storage and inverter is designed, which is used to realize the bidirectional flow of energy storage device energy and grid energy. The system is designed by the combination of software with hardware, and the actual hardware system is tested. The system hardware circuit mainly includes the designs of the bidirectional Buck-Boost circuit and PC923 drive circuit and the calculation of parameters, the design of the bidirectional single phase full bridge inverter circuit and IR2110 drive circuit and the calculation of parameters, the design of STM32 control circuit. Then, the system software program includes the main program, PWM generation, SPWM generation, the voltage acquisition, the key scan and other subroutines. PWM and SPWM wave is generated by STM32 MCU to control the bidirectional chopper and the bidirectional single-phase full bridge inverter circuit, and through the key switch two working modes. Through building a test hardware system, it is proved that the designed bi-directional inverter can meet the mission requirements.
