摘要
通过对原油含水化验操作流程、职业病危害因素分布、作业人员接触情况、职业病防护设施、个人防护用品使用、职业卫生管理等情况进行调查,结合职业健康检查结果进行职业卫生分析和评价,为进一步减少作业现场职业危害、减轻作业人员职业危害接触提供科学依据。结果表明:作业场所职业病危害因素检测显示蒸馏化验过程中溶剂汽油浓度较低,符合国家职业卫生标准;样桶清洗过程中溶剂汽油浓度超限倍数超标;离心法化验时噪声较高,接近接触限值85 dB(A)。
The occupational health analysis and evalu- ation of the occupational health inspection results were carried out by investigating the operation process of the crude oil water test, the distribution of the oc- cupational hazards, the contact of the workers, the protection of the occupational diseases, the use of personal protective equipment and the occupational health management. Job site occupational hazards re- duce the occupational hazards of workers to provide a scientific basis. The results show that the occupation- al hazards in the workplace show that the concentra- tion of solvent gasoline in the process of distillation is low, which is in accordance with the national occupa- tional health standard. The concentration of solvent gasoline in the process of barrel cleaning is exces- sive. The noise in centrifuge test is higher, close to the contact limit of 85 dB (A).
