摘要 目的分析2013年江苏省食源性疾病暴发事件的流行病学特征,为部署防控措施提供依据。方法通过江苏省食源性疾病暴发报告系统收集2013年江苏省食源性疾病暴发事件报告数据,并进行时间、地区、发生场所、致病因素、原因食品等方面的分析。结果 2013年江苏省共发生77起食源性疾病暴发事件,发病940人,1人死亡。全年各月均有食源性疾病暴发事件发生,第3季度(7~9月)报告事件29起,占37.7%;报告数前3位地区是苏州市、无锡市和南通市,分别占39.0%、18.2%和15.6%;单位食堂是发生的主要场所(39.0%);副溶血性弧菌是主要致病因素(28.6%);动物类食品是引发的主要原因(48.0%)。结论广泛开展对食源性疾病暴发季节性高发和个人卫生措施的宣传教育,作为食源性疾病暴发高发场所和易发因素,对单位食堂和动物类食品进行针对性监管,将是有效防控食源性疾病暴发事件发生的有力措施。 Objective This study objective was to analyse the epidemiological characteristics of foodborne disease outbreaks in Jiangsu province in 2013 and to provide evidence for the deployment of prevention and control techniques. Methods The data of foodborne disease outbreaks in Jiangsu province in 2013 were collected retrospectively via the monitoring system of foodborne disease outbreaks, and occurrence time, occurrence region, occurrence place, pathogenic factor, and type of food that caused the disease were analyzed. Results A total of 77 cases of foodborne disease outbreaks occurred in Jiangsu province in 2013, affecting 940 patients and resulting I fatality. Foodborne disease outbreaks occurred in every month throughout the year, with 29 (37.7%) occurring in the third quarter (July to September); Suzhou, Wuxi and Nantong were the top three cities that reported outbreaks and respectively accounted for 39.0%, 18.2% and 15.6% of incidences; the most common site of foodborne disease outbreaks was canteens (39.0%); the main pathogenic factor was Vibrio parahaemolyticus (28.6%); the primary source of foodborne disease outbreaks was animal-based food (48.0%). Conclusions Carrying out education on seasonal occurrence of foodborne disease outbreaks, personal hygiene and monitoring and contributing factors, such as canteens and animal products are effective measures to prevent and control the foodborne disease outbreaks.
