少数民族旅游业的公共服务供给状况研究

A Study on the Supply of Public Service in Minority Tourism

旅游公共服务供给对民族旅游业发展有重要影响,但是由于过去对旅游业公共服务供给关注较少,有关民族旅游业公共服务供给的研究少之又少,少数民族旅游业公共服务供给因此缺失了坚实的理论支撑,为了推动民族旅游业公共服务供给实践发展,在此系统分析了当前民族地区旅游公共服务供给问题及成因,以及当地旅游服务供给完善的必然性,在此基础上提出了旅游公共服务多元化供给主体、区域统一服务、重点服务突出发展、提供差异化服务等完善建议。

Tourism public service supply has an important influence on the development of national tourism, but due to less attention to past tourism public service supply, the study of tourism related national public service supply is less and less, minority tourism public service supply and therefore lack a solid theoretical support, in order to promote the national tourism public service supply the development of practice, this paper analyzes the current problems of tourism supply of public services in minority areas and the causes and necessity of local tourism service supply perfect, put forward on the basis of tourism public service supply diversification, regional unified service, highlighting the development of key service, to provide differentiated services and suggestions.
