The New Ways to Realize the Creative Transformation and Innovation of the Culture of Ethnic Groups

少数民族文化的传承与发展必须通过创造性转化与创新性发展来实现。但创造性转化与创新性发展两者内涵、实现路径不同:创造性转化是传统文化的"古为今用",实现传统文化价值的现代性转换;创新性发展是通过机制创新、管理创新和技术创新,使传统文化获得再生产能力。前者重在"魂"和"品",后者强调"效"和"度"。

The heritage and the development of the culture of ethnic groups are bound to be realized by way of creative transformation and innovation. However, the creative transformation and innovation development bear two different connotations and paths： the creative transformation of traditional culture is to make the past serve the present, aimed at making true the modern transformation of the traditional cultural value; Innovative development, on the other hand, is to gain the ability to reproduce the traditional culture through innovation of mechanism, management as well as technology. The former focuses on ＂soul＂ and ＂taste＂, the latter lays emphasis on ＂efficiency＂ and ＂regulation＂ .
