转变思维,以创新的工作理念,人性化的工作方式改进民族大学生思想政治教育是新形势一项重要战略任务。传统思想政治教育存在开放程度不够、针对性不强、以人为本思想贯彻不到位以及治标不治本的内在缺陷。新形势下,民族高校思想政治教育管理部门以及教育工作者需要树立思想政治教育大教育观,充分吸收并借鉴社会工作的新理念、新方法,不断创新工作方式、手段、内容、载体、机制等,增强教育成效,促进民族大学生身心全面发展。
