摘要
为解决某焦化厂钢结构涂层失效的问题,现场调查了环境腐蚀因素、原防护措施及其失效状况。厂区存在硫化物、氮化物、粉尘等污染物,在原防护施工中存在基材表面除锈不彻底、涂料种类搭配不合理、维护周期不合理、涂层厚度不达标等问题。通过制定适合该焦化厂各区域腐蚀环境特点的涂装方案,并在涂装环节严格控制施工质量,可解决原钢结构涂装防护层提前失效的问题。
Aiming to solve the failure of coatings for steel structures in a coking plant, the corrosion environment, existing protection measures and failure conditions were investigated on spot. Sulfide, nitride, dust and other pollutants were found in the atmosphere. There are some problems during the construction of previous corrosion protection measures, such as incomplete surface de-rusting, unreasonable combination of different types of paints, improper maintenance cycle, and insufficient coating thickness. The early failure of coatings can be solved by developing a coating scheme suitable for the corrosion environment of each area in the coking plant, and strictly controlling the construction quality during the coating process.
