The characteristics of air-mixed spraying process were introduced. The cost and efficiency of air-mixed spray gun and traditional air spray gun in painting of the topcoats for window panel and housing of ring spinning frame were compared. Some items that need attention during air-mixed spraying were pointed out. Some suggestions for spraying high-viscosity paint and the method for solving the clogging of filter were given.
