摘要
由于肤皮的存在,传统工艺在染制浅色山羊绒品种时,常出现深色肤皮色点,影响羊绒制品的外观质量。为解决这一问题,研究了一种新型染色工艺,并优化了新工艺中的各因素。结果表明,最佳的预处理参数为:XTR-1质量分数为3%(omf),醋酸质量分数为2%(omf);染色阶段:甲酸质量分数为0.8%(omf),助剂XAO质量分数为1.5%(omf)。对比传统染色工艺,采用新工艺染制的纤维与肤皮间同色性更好,保证了染品质量。
Due to the dander of the cashmere, dark color spots are often shewed up after light-shade dyeing of cashmere by traditional dyeing process, which affects the appearance of the cashmere products. In order to solve this problem, a new dyeing process is studied and the parameters of new dyeing process are optimized. The results show that the optimal process is pretreating with XTR-I 3%(omf) and acetic acid 2%(omf), dyeing with formic acid 0.8%(omf) and XAO 1.5%(omf). Compared with the traditional dyeing process, the cashmere dyeings with the new process have better union-dyeing property with the dander.
