摘要
采用不同目数的高岭土与聚酰胺废丝溶液制成涂层浆,对聚酰胺织物进行湿法涂层。讨论了聚酰胺涂层浆的流变性及各因素对聚酰胺涂层产品吸墨性的影响,并通过正交试验优化了吸墨性最好的聚酰胺湿法涂层配方。高岭土目数600~3 000目,质量20~25 g,聚酰胺废丝质量15~20 g时,聚酰胺湿法涂层产品的性能更符合实际生产的要求。各因素对聚酰胺湿法涂层产品吸墨性的影响程度从大到小依次为聚酰胺废丝质量、高岭土质量和高岭土目数。当高岭土目数为3 000目,高岭土质量为22 g,聚酰胺废丝质量为20 g时,聚酰胺湿法涂层产品的吸墨性最好。
Coating paste is prepared with different mesh number of kaolin and waste polyamide solution, and then is applied to polyamide fabric with wet coating process. The effects of rheological properties of polyamide coatings and the various factors on ink-absorption of polyamide coating products are discussed. The wet coating formula for good ink-absorption property is optimized by orthogonal test. The mesh number of kaolin is 600-3 000, its dosage is 20-25 g and waste polyamide dosage is 15-20 g. The influence order of various factors on the ink-absorption of polyamide wet coating products is: waste polyamide dosage, kaolin dosage and mesh number of kaolin. Polyamide wet coating products have good ink-absorption when the mesh number of kaolin is 3 000, the kaolin dosage is 22 g and polyamide dosage is 20 g.
